As our Head of Outbound Sales, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable outbound processes for our organisation and taking ownership of the whole sales funnel. You’ll work directly with our outbound sales team members, aligning them and demonstrating your hands-on skills, utilising the full potential of the outbound sector, positively impacting revenue growth and market awareness, and ensuring the effective delivery of the team you’ll lead, hire and coach.
- You are responsible for building and leading a sales team of Account Executives and Sales Dev Representatives to achieve the set goals.
- You will develop, inspire and coach your team to close skill gaps while fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
- You will design and execute sales strategies to achieve our growth targets.
- You will take ownership of the entire sales outbound cycle, from effective and consistent lead generation and making sure our top-funnel inflow is high to closing deals.
- You will monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports and forecasts, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our sales processes.
- You maintain close collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional strategies, other key stakeholders will be our revenue operations and product team.
