In our core product team, you will play a key role in building capabilities and solutions that enable companies to optimize their fleet operations. THE ROLE
- You will be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional product team alongside a dedicated Product Manager.
- You will focus on implementing and maintaining backend services, with a particular emphasis on cost and performance.
- You deploy code to production, relying on our highly automated continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure.
- You will also play a key role in the development of key features such as Pool Vehicles Sharing, Documents AI-based readout, Driving License Check, and more.
- You will actively participate in the engineering decision-making process by engaging in discussions, contributing to, and submitting Request for Comments (RFCs).
- We are a team, you will be part of knowledge sharing, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our product and customer experience.

- Backend: Java, Python, Node.js
- Front-end: React, JS/Typescript, Flow, MobX, RxJS, GraphQL+Apollo, Microfrontends, Jest
- CI/CD: AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins
- Cloud: Amazon Web Services
YOUR PROFILE
- You have the depth of knowledge to engineer software that predictably works at scale. You enjoy designing and building complex distributed systems.
- You have experience with Java and it’s an ecosystem. Knowledge of Python/Typescript/Go is a plus.
- You take ownership and pride in your engineering. You have a vision for what is possible and are excited to define what needs to be done and share it with others.
- You are Capable of designing solutions’ architecture taking in consideration parameters like cost, performance and maintainability.
- You see the connection between a business problem and the impact of your engineering. Often you describe this connection to others and inspire their learning.
- You are humble and always open to exploring new or alternative ways of doing something. You are comfortable making recommendations for the most optimal path.
