  • The new management team will put Shiftmove, created in January 2023 from the merger of market leaders Avrios and Vimcar, on course to drive product innovations and customer centricity in Europe
  • By 2028 Shiftmove aims to have more than one million vehicles managed by customers using their cloud-based software solutions

Berlin, 6 March 2024 Shiftmove, pioneer in digital fleet management, is strengthening its management team with three experienced top managers following the merger of market leaders Avrios and Vimcar in 2023. With Christian Reichert (CRO), Amy Downs (VP Customer Success) and Jason Kolt (VP Marketing), the SaaS company is setting the course for sustainable and strong growth, high customer satisfaction, and expansion into other European markets. With its end-to-end mobility operations software, Shiftmove is on a mission to completely transform the way companies manage the movement of their employees, goods, and services.

Data and sales expert Christian Reichert started as Chief Revenue Officer at Shiftmove in February 2024. In the newly-created position, he will scale the sales strategies for existing and future Avrios and Vimcar products to drive the company's ambitious growth targets and open up new markets. He joins from Productsup where, as Chief Sales Officer, he successfully led international GTM teams in 30 countries driving hyper growth revenue expansion. Reichert previously worked at Salesforce and Google.

With a strong focus on customer loyalty and growth, the internationally-experienced Amy Downs has been driving the continuous improvement of the Avrios and Vimcar products as Vice President Customer Success since January 2024. Downs joins from Twilio where, as Vice President Customer Success, she established the EMEA and Asia Pacific markets from developing regions to global high performers with 140 percent growth. Downs brings more than two decades of experience in customer focus and is an expert in driving value from customer relationships in high-growth SaaS organizations.

Since December 2023, Jason Kolt has been responsible for Shiftmove's brand positioning and communication as Vice President Marketing, and is committed to establishing the company with its Avrios and Vimcar brands as Europe's leading software solution for digital fleet management. For over two decades, Kolt has successfully built and scaled brands in various leadership positions at fast-moving, international technology organizations. He started his career in the fintech and institutional banking sectors in Canada, where he was part of successful exits; most recently he was CMO at geospatial software and services company VertiGIS.

"In 2023, we were able to increase our growth by more than 20 percent while merging two companies - Avrios and Vimcar - operationally. With our new, larger go-to-market (GTM) management team, we want to build on this success and institutionalize Shiftmove as Europe's leading mobility operations software", says Francine Gervazio, Shiftmove CEO.

Shiftmove's vision is to radically simplify fleet management through digitalization. The integrative approach of its cloud-based software solutions bundles several management tools into a single, easy-to-use interface. This eliminates data silos, simplifies processes and empowers fleet managers to make strategic and – above all – data-based decisions. In this way, companies can not only increase the profitability of their own fleets, but also decisively advance climate policy goals such as the electrification and decarbonization of operational mobility.
